How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress.
How long does it take to receive my guitar strap?
All Get’m Get’m guitar straps are handmade in Los Angeles, California.
- If your strap is in stock, it typically ships the same business day.
- If it is not in stock, production time is approximately 7–10 business days before shipping.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the Americas, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Oceania using trusted carriers such as DHL, USPS, and UPS.
Shipping rates vary depending on:
- Destination country
- Package weight
- Shipping speed selected at checkout
How long does international shipping take?
Delivery times vary by country and carrier:
- DHL Express: Typically 3–7 business days worldwide
- USPS / UPS International: Varies by location
Please note that customs processing times are outside of our control.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
In most cases, customers are not charged additional fees. However, customs duties and import taxes are determined by your local government.
If your country applies customs charges, the recipient is responsible for paying them.
Important for International Customers: How should I enter my shipping address?
Please enter your shipping information in Latin (English) characters only.
Orders submitted in non-Latin characters (such as Japanese, Korean, or Cyrillic text) may cause shipping delays or carrier compliance issues.
Do I need a personal customs code for South Korean orders?
Yes. For customers in South Korea, a personal customs code (or import code) is required for customs clearance.
Without this code, your package may be delayed, returned, or held by customs.
Please provide the correct customs information during checkout to avoid delivery issues.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
Yes. We offer optional shipping insurance at checkout, and we strongly recommend selecting it, especially for international orders.
Shipping insurance protects your order in case of:
- Lost packages
- Carrier delivery issues
- Damage during transit
If insurance is declined, Get’m Get’m is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they leave our facility.
Can I contact Get’m Get’m in a language other than English?
To ensure accurate communication and avoid delays with orders, all customer inquiries must be submitted in English.
This helps our team process requests efficiently and ensures your order details are correctly understood.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy for guitar straps?
Your satisfaction matters to us.
If you are not completely happy with your strap, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund.
To qualify:
- The strap must be in brand-new, unused condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Are the straps vegan?
We don't use real leather on the straps themselves, but the tips are made of real leather for security reasons (so your guitar or bass doesn't fall).
Where are your products made?
Our products are handmade in Downtown LA.
Do you offer samples of your product?
No, we don't offer samples.

We design, cut, assemble, and inspect each strap locally to ensure premium craftsmanship and durability.
What materials are your guitar straps made from?
Our straps are made using high-quality fabrics, specialty materials, and reinforced backing for comfort and durability.
We do not use real leather for the strap body. However, the tips are made from genuine leather to ensure maximum security and prevent your guitar or bass from slipping during performance.
Are your guitar straps vegan?
The strap body is vegan-friendly.

Are your straps adjustable?
Yes. All Get’m Get’m guitar straps are adjustable to accommodate different playing styles and heights.

No, we do not offer samples.
