What if I don't like my strap?
At Get'm Get'm, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you don't like your strap, you have 15 days to send it back to us and, as long as it's still in brand-new condition, we will refund you.
How long does shipping take?
If the strap is not in stock, it takes 7 to 10 days to make it. If it is in stock, we will ship it out on the same day.
Where do you ship to? How much is shipping?
We ship to the Americas, Europe, Southeast Asia, Oceania.
As for shipping prices, they vary depending on your location, product weight, and shipping speed. We offer different options such as DHL (worldwide), USPS, and UPS.
How can I track my order?
Once we process your shipment, you will receive your tracking information.
Will I pay customs?
In most cases, you will not be charged any customs fees. However, customs charges are out of our control and are dependent on the local government. If your order is subject to customs charges, you will be responsible to pay them.
Products Information
Are the straps vegan?
We don't use real leather on the straps themselves, but the tips are made of real leather for security reasons (so your guitar or bass doesn't fall).
Where are your products made?
Our products are handmade in Downtown LA.
Do you offer samples of your product?
No, we don't offer samples.
